Kenya Industrial Estates signed an MOU with The County Government of West Pokot on matters relating to promotion and facilitation of industrialization, Trade and Investment. KIE is conducting a feasibility study on a proposed milk and mango processing plants in the County.
KIE has also been provided with land to build an industrial park as the county gears to venture into their key areas of agro-processing, textile Industry, Leather Processing, Metal Fabrication, and cottage industry establishment. KIE will offer affordable credit to SMEs, nurture small industries, build capacity and conduct a resource map for the county.
